Terms of Use

The Coloring Channel offers subscription-based access to lessons, projects, rewards and downloadable resources. Membership options currently include:

• Markers Membership - $15 USD/month
• Pencils Membership - $15 USD/month
• Both Membership - $25 USD/month

Memberships automatically renew monthly until cancelled, with no lock in timeframe.

New members may receive a free 7-day trial.

You may cancel your trial at any time before the trial period ends and you will not be charged.

If your trial is not cancelled before expiry, your selected subscription will automatically begin after the 7 days and billing will commence.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

The Coloring Channel does not store your full payment details. You authorise recurring payments until cancelled through your Member Area.

You can cancel at any time through your account settings inside the Member Area. After cancellation, access remains available until the end of your paid billing period.

Due to the digital nature of the membership and immediate access to content, refunds are generally not provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. As The Coloring Channel is operated from Australia, these Terms are governed by Australian law.

Your membership includes a single-user, personal-use licence only. Downloaded content including:

• Coloring pages
• Worksheets
• PDFs
• Exercise sheets
• Blend charts
• Class resources
• Videos

is for your personal use only.

Please do not:

• Share uncolored content or uncolored coloring pages online or with others
• Upload downloadable resources to websites or groups
• Reproduce, redistribute or resell class content
• Share your account access with others

We work hard to keep The Coloring Channel a special and safe space for everyone. Accounts found sharing, reproducing or redistributing class materials in breach of these Terms may have their membership access limited, suspended or revoked without refund.

You're always encouraged to share your colored creations online, in public communities, or your personal websites and social media 🩷

If you'd like to share a before-and-after or work-in-progress image, please just cover part of any uncolored content (with a pen, watermark, crop or overlay for example) so the full image can't be downloaded or shared elsewhere.

If sharing work inspired by The Coloring Channel, credit is always appreciated so others can find us and learn with us too!

For original The Coloring Channel artwork:

You may sell handmade creations using your colored work.

Mass production, digital reproduction, print-on-demand products or resale of uncolored artwork is not permitted.

Where guest artists or third-party artwork are used, additional artist licensing terms may apply. Please review the artist's website for their individual licensing terms.

We want The Coloring Channel to remain a kind, welcoming and encouraging space.

Bullying, harassment, racism, intimidation or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Content is provided for hobby and educational purposes only.

Techniques taught reflect personal experience, studies and artistic approaches.

While we aim to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

These terms may occasionally be updated. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any revisions.
